Robert S. Radebaugh is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of The Aegis Group, Inc. He has been in the commercial real estate profession since 1983. Mr. Radebaugh has testified as an expert witness in various jurisdictions including Federal Bankruptcy Court, State District Court, County Commissioners' Court and Appraisal Review Board hearings. In addition to his appraisal experience, Mr. Radebaugh has been involved with various real estate investment and development projects.

Mr. Radebaugh has completed and passed all of the courses, examinations and other requirements necessary to receive his MAI designation. He has held this designation since 1989. After this time, he has completed a minimum of 100 hours of continuing education every five years.
