We have extensive expert witness testimony experience in County, State, and Federal courts throughout Texas. Although the primary source of our litigation work is associated with eminent domain proceedings and property tax hearings and trials, we testified as expert valuation witnesses in other types of legal proceedings including bankruptcy trials, deceptive trade practice trials, and divorce proceedings.
