Christie Nelson has been actively involved in the real estate profession since 1982 and has been associated with The Aegis Group, Inc. since 1987. Ms. Nelson has been involved in all types of real property valuation including office, multi-family, retail, industrial, and vacant land. Prior experience also includes planned community and hotel development, commercial landscape architecture, and mortgage loan origination.

Ms. Nelson has completed and passed all of the courses, examinations and other requirements necessary to receive her MAI designation. She has held this designation since 1994. After this time, she has completed a minimum of 100 hours of continuing education every five years.
