Chad Goddard has been in the commercial real estate appraisal profession since 1985 in both San Antonio and Austin. He has performed appraisals of all types of commercial property including condominiums, apartments, retail, industrial, office, special purpose properties, and vacant land. Mr. Goddard has been with the Aegis Group, Inc. since 1995.

Mr. Goddard has completed and passed all of the courses, examinations and other requirements necessary to receive his MAI designation in 2001. After this time, he has completed a minimum of 100 hours of continuing education every five years.
